Business card, HTML-ed
Web business card, or some refer it as vCard site, is a web page displaying all your information such as name, email, pictures, services, contact details, etc. Think of it like a regular business card, but then in a form of website. The concept was first introduced by Tim van Damme, and it became more and more popular since then. The key is pretty much simplicity yet informative.
Inspired by the idea, I made myself one a while ago. First version was doing pretty good. It somehow got mentioned in several web design blogs like Six Revisions and Line25 among others (which is awesome). About a month ago, I came up with the second version, which I think will stick around for a while. Anyway, here’s how it looks:

This look caught my eye when I first happened on Tim’s site. A fantastic solution to the age old problem of, “hmm, what will my layout be?” – After three unsuccessful redesigns of my personal site, thinking I should take the plunge. Thanks for the encouragement.
